Falkenberg, a former personal trainer for Lifestyle Family Fitness and Nationwide Insurance, says he experienced consistency problems with his clients while at the gym. “I would train a stay-at-home mom, they’d have to drop their kids off at the playroom, and the next day, they’re calling me having to cancel because their kids were sick. I feel we [Your Live Trainers] have found a way to cater to the needs of those with busy schedules because we can train them right in their own home or office.”
According to the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics, for married couples, the average number of work hours per week has increased by nearly 20% over the past 3 decades. The rise in time-pressed schedules for Americans is why Your Live Trainers feels it is “just what the doctor ordered.”
